Abstract: Based on the technical and knowledge collaboration issues in the humanities and social sciences thematic database, this paper discusses the idea of building a data cloud platform based on the humanities and social sciences thematic database. Based on the analysis of the advantages of the cloud platform, a data cloud platform for humanities and social sciences is designed, including the three-layer architecture of Iaas, Paas, and Saas, with five cores of data sharing, data collection, data analysis, data storage, and data services. At the same time, it has designed a "1+6+N" cloud platform management team that includes information technology, institutional coordination, resource organization, external data, data openness, and special services.
