Analysis of Recruitment Information on Business Intelligence Professionals: Recruitment Requirement and Enlightenment

Abstract: This paper collected 1722 pieces of recruitment information on business intelligence from Based on word segmentation and word frequency statistics, the content analysis method is used to analyze the basics of recruitment, such as industry distribution, job location, salary treatment, work experience and educational background. It also analyzes the requirements of recruitment about professional skills, software skills, and staff quality. Based on the recruitment information, this research presents the enterprise's demand for business intelligence professionals in the big data era, and designs a business intelligence professional training system from the perspectives of techniques. This research makes up the fact that universities only offer relatively few data-related courses but ignoring the demand of professionals in the industry and the systematic cultivation of professionals. The results have important implications for universities to cultivate comprehensive education of business intelligence professionals who meet the needs of industry in the big data era.
