Research on Influence Factors of Crowdsourcing Model in Smart City Management

In order to identify the critical influence factors in crowdsourcing of smart city management (SCM), to enhance the theory and practice level of smart city, it firstly summarized the initial impact factors based on existing research. Then the analytic hierarchy process is used to identify the critical influence factors in SCM. The results revealed that crowdsourcing model has a great effect in SCM. Furthermore, government's expense budget, public’s remuneration, public’s innovation, government's credibility in normal times, establishment of related systems, enhancement of visibility and influence are found to be significant predictors of crowdsourcing model success in SCM. Our results provide theoretical support and practical guidance in SCM.
