Knowledge Sharing Models of Chinese and International Enterprises——An Analysis based on the MAKE

Abstract:

Based on the analysis of MAKE award(Global MAKE award and Chinese MAKE award) winners since 2010, this paper conducts case studies and comparative studies of knowledge sharing activities at the TsingTao Brewery and Schlumberger, which are selected as the representative enterprises at home and aboard, respectively,analyzing the main aspects of enterprises knowledge sharing performance systematically,in order to provide references and suggestions for the development and innovation of knowledge management of Chinese enterprises.
