电网企业数据资源增值利用的障碍认知研究

Abstract

Abstract:

This paper investigated the power grid enterprises staff for the current information resources value-added utilization, and analyzed the types and characteristics of the barriers of information resources value-added utilization. The research showed that the main obstacle in the information value-added utilization came from the policy factors within the organization. Secondly, policy and culture factors were closely related to both inside and outside the organization.
