Abstract: By matching the unique characteristics of Public Sector Information(PSI) with information quality management methods and principles, the significance of PSI quality management and some effective measures are presented in this paper. The quality guidance should effectively improve the accessibility and reuse of PSI. It is necessary to explore the openness and big characteristics of PSI, and to enhance its ability to meet user expectations. Placing a clear and comprehensive quality management strategy will firmly increase the usage and accessibility of PSI.
