Abstract: Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) is used as a framework for the expansion, and a composite model is established to determine the impact of e-book piracy. In addition to the TPB, including the subjective norm, behavior control, attitude, intention, other variables as group pressure, price, law, custom, culture, attitudes, moral obligation, perceived risk, perceived benefits are all considered in order to construct the structural equation model. Through analysis on the data collected by the questionnaire, the conclusion is drawn that the effect of price, group pressure, law and perceived risk on the intention is not significant. Finally, the countermeasures are put forward for University management.
