An Empirical Study on Influencing Factors of Usage Intention of Mobile Library Application#br# ——From Both Customer Commitment and Innovation Diffusion Perspectives

Abstract:

Mobile library application is the latest service mode in the Mobile Internet Era and its usage intention is affected by many factors. Based on Customer Commitment theory and Innovation Diffusion Theory, an empirical study was conducted through survey questionnaires and structural equation modeling. It turns out that both perceived commitment and perceived innovation factors have impacts on usage intention and perceived innovation factors are the primary factors influencing the usage intention of mobile library application, while the perceived commitment is essential and mainly comes from affective commitment.
