Abstract:

Public sector has accumulated vast amounts of information resources in the process of implementing public missions. China has issued series policies to exploiting those information resources. In this paper, we have collected, summarized, and analysed information policies in the past decade. Based on the reality of China, we proposed suggestions to solve the problems exposed in the process of this research.
