Abstract:
Knowledge sharing becomes the new research hotspot due to that knowledge management attracts more and more attention. To achieve sharing in different kinds of knowledge has become the important target for knowledge management in varies organizations. However, the related research in knowledge-intensive universities is very rare. By selecting graduate students in Wuhan University as a sample to investigate their attitude, purposes, channels and influence factors of knowledge sharing behavior, this paper tries to reflect the situation of knowledge sharing among graduate students in China.
