Abstract:

Recently, there is widespread concern about the authorization mode of digital music copyright. This research summarizes the current digital music copyright licensing modes, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the five kinds of mode. Based on the digital music environment in our country, the paper puts suggestions on the development of digital music copyright.
