An Empirical Study of Users’ Continuous Use Intention Based on the Intelligent Service Systems in Library——Case Study of the Library of Wuhan University

Abstract:

From the perspective of information system, this article has studied the factors of users’ continuance intention on the intelligent service systems in library. Taking the library of Wuhan University as an example, this paper uses survey and SEM to test the proposed model and hypotheses. The results show that users’ perceived usefulness, satisfaction and self-efficacy directly affect users’ willingness to continue to use, and the users’ perception easy of use and expectations will indirectly affect the continuous use.
