摘要： 立足于国家数字经济深化发展的重大战略需求，构建数据要素流通全流程场域，有助于提升数据要素价值释放及其交易流通的总体效率，加快我国数据要素市场规范化建设。

Abstract: Based on the major strategic needs of the deepening development of the national digital economy, the construction of a full-process field for the circulation of data elements will help improve the overall efficiency of the release of the value of data elements and their transaction circulation, and accelerate the standardization of China's data element market.
