Abstract: “Information Resources Management Forum under the Background of New Liberal Arts Construction”brings together many experts, which shows the personal experience and the latest thinking of the construction of "New Liberal Arts" of information resources management in the new era, reflects the frontier thought of experts about specialty construction and points out the direction for specialty construction of "New Liberal Arts" in the era of Digital Intelligence.
