合作网络的多角度可视化分析——以Journal of Informetrics合作网络为例

Multi-perspective Visualization Analysis on Cooperation Network:Using Journal of Informetrics as an Example

摘要:

文章使用可视化的方法对合作网络具有的不同数据特征进行研究,建立了一种多角度可视化分析模型,为充分挖掘科研人员间的合作关系提供了更多方法。在对已有的合作网络可视化分析研究进行总结的基础上,本文从网络节点属性和多种关联关系入手,构建多角度可视化分析模型。以国际上著名信息计量学期刊为例,从同构网络、异构网络、动态网络三个角度进行了实证研究。分析结果表明,该分析方法具有可用性,不仅能挖掘核心合作群体,还能揭示不同群体间合作方式的异同和变化规律,为科研人员间的合作提供更全面的参考。

Abstract:

Through the study of different data characteristics of cooperation network,this study establishes a multi-perspective visual analysis model.It provides more methods for fully exploiting the cooperative relationships among scholars. On the basis of summarizing the existing literature on cooperation network visualization analysis, this study starts from the network node attributes and a variety of association relations, building a multi-dimensional visual analysis model. Taking the international famous journal of information metrology as an example, this paper makes an empirical study from three perspectives: homogeneous networks, heterogeneous network and dynamic network. Results show that this method is useful to mine cooperative groups and reveal the similarities and differences between cooperation modes of different groups. The findings will provide implications for the scientific research on cooperation network.
