Abstract:

This study is aimed at a point that public participation in information resources exploitation and utilization,from different organizations to constructing evaluation system, including government departments, public information organization, information production and service-oriented enterprises and other social organizations, and lists key factors that impact the level of each organization’s information resources development and utilization,using the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) gives a value of each index weight, analyses the key influence factors, and put forward to several suggestions to promote the level of public information resources exploitation and utilization.
