The Construction of Collaborative Modular Division System Based on Scientific Collaboration Relationship

摘要:

文章分析了科研任务的分工合作中的协同演化趋势,以多元主体参与的科研合作网络和基于知识创新价值链的协同主体差异化定位为依托,提出了基于科研协同关系的模块化分工机制,并分别从科研协同组织模块、科研协同资源模块、科研协同任务模块角度实现科研协同模块化分工体系的构建。结果表明跨系统科研协同关系的确立是科研任务实现协同分工的前提,而组织、资源、任务的分层模块化分工体系则为科研协同任务的动态协调和有效执行提供保障。

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the collaboration trend in the division of scientific task, and proposes the modular division mechanism based on scientific collaboration relationship, which is referred to scientific collaboration network and differential positioning of scientific subjects based on knowledge innovation value chain. In addition, this paper constructs the collaborative modular division system with scientific collaboration organization modular, scientific collaboration resource modular and scientific collaboration task modular. The result shows that the cross-system scientific collaboration relationship is the basic of collaborative division of scientific tasks, and the hierarchical modular division system is the guarantee of dynamic coordination and efficient implementation of scientific tasks.
