摘要：

在信息爆炸和竞争激烈的现代社会中，人们对于信息的需求开始转向集成化的需求。然而，由于信息环境的不同、信息用户的个性化需求、信息资源的过于丰富和异构性决定了信息集成是一项复杂的系统工程。传统的硬系统方法不能很好地表达环境的条件和用户的需求，本文引入的软系统方法可以较好弥补此类问题，为信息集成提供一个解决思路和合理框架，具有一定的启发意义与实用价值。

Abstract:

In the modern society filled with information explosion and the fierce competition, people turn to the demand for information integration. However, the different information environment, personal demand of information and information resource's rich and heterogeneous determines that the information integration is complex system engineering. For traditional hard system method can not express environmental conditions and needs of users, this paper introduces the soft system methodology which can be better compensate for these problems, provides a solution and reasonable framework for information integration. This method would have certain inspiration meaning and practical value.
