Abstract:

In the new normal economy, small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) informatization solutions should take flexibility, adaptability, and collaboration into consideration. So, it’s necessary to explore the information linking, the basic question, from the perspective of value chain. After analyzing the problems of traditional SMEs informatization, the definition of state and the internal relationship between state transforming and value changing were illustrated, and then a new framework for state tracking and information sharing based on value increment processes was proposed. The new framework realized the fine-grained and personalized reconfiguration of enterprise business flow, and the weak coupling of business flow and information flow. In addition,it effectively guaranteed the security of information sharing and provided a scalable solution for the lightweight informatization of SMEs.
