Abstract: The classification and organization of intangible cultural heritage (ICH) makes the preservation of ICH work possible. At present, the method of ICH classification is a singleclued method. It has a lack of the ability of describing the nature of ICH, which is ecological, complex and relevant. This paper proposes a method of ICH organization based on ontology theory. By constructing ICH ontology and the use of it for ICH organization, we propose an effective solution of ICH classification and organization.
