Abstract: From public participation view this paper described some public participation cases in government information resources management and summarized the basic features of public participation, then analyzed the obstacles of public participation in information resources management .At last the paper proposed government information resources management framework based on public participation .All of this will provide a new ideas for sovernment information resources management.
