基于文本分析的APP隐私政策框架优化研究

Research on Optimization of APP Privacy Policy Framework Based on Text Analysis

摘要: 数据被作为新型生产要素提出的背景下,个人信息保护以及APP隐私政策优化被更多关注。采用文献调研法、内容分析法以及LDA主题建模方法,对200款常用APP的隐私政策框架进行提取和优化,同时结合理论规范与社会实践,从多个角度对APP隐私政策文本进行分析。研究发现,目前APP隐私政策框架由隐私政策概述、个人信息的收集、个人信息的使用、个人信息主体的权利、个人信息的共享、转让、公开披露、个人信息安全保护和个人信息保护争端解决组成,可由二维结构优化为三维框架。

Abstract: In the context of data being presented as a new type of production factor, more attention has been paid to the protection of personal information and the optimization of APP privacy policies. With the method of literature research, content analysis, LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation) topic modeling, the privacy policy framework of 200 commonly used APPs are extracted and optimized. Besides, the APP privacy policy text is analyzed from multiple perspectives and combining theoretical specifications with social practice. It is found that the current APP privacy policy framework consists of Overview of Privacy Policy, Collection of Personal Information, Use of Personal Information, Rights of Personal Information Subjects, Sharing, Transfer, Public Disclosure of Personal Information, Security of Personal Information, and Dispute Resolution of Personal Information Protection, which can be optimized from a two-dimensional structure to a three-dimensional frame.
