Abstract:

Government data governance is a hot issue in the research of government information management. A summary about experiences on government data governance from developed countries will help us to promote the process of government data exploitation. Based on a large number of literature review and case studies, this paper takes an international comprehensive and in-depth comparison on the strategic framework, content system and ecological environment of government data governance, systemically analyzing its universal practice. Then, it provides some references to the development of Chinese government data governance.
