Abstract:

This paper carries out a research focusing on personal information backup, points out some problems in the backup,personal information, and puts forward the corresponding perfection measures. It introduces the current status of the information backup study based on literature review, conducts the research by using semi-structured interviews,and then analyzes the interview data by comparative methods. It is found that the users have expressed general satisfaction with the present situation, but the fear of information loss is still high. It's mainly because of the cumbersome procedure of information backup, privacy and other security issues. Future personal information backup should be more safe, convenient, high efficiency and technological.
