Abstract: This study uses quantitative and qualitative methods, based on the "PSCA" closed-loop model of knowledge management, to sort out the relevant studies of transactive memory system on knowledge stockpile management, knowledge communicate management and knowledge application management, so as to reveal the overview of existing researches in this field. The impact and significance of transactive memory system on knowledge management are increasingly deepening, and the research on the whole is experiencing steady development. Under the new technology environment, the research method and research content can be expanded to better respond to the needs of constructing Innovative Learning Organization.
