社会临场理论应用领域的演变及展望

摘要: 为了帮助学界梳理并厘清社会临场理论自诞生至今主要应用阵地的演变及其在不同阵地的应用现状,填补国内在对社会临场理论应用领域演化的系统梳理与综述上的缺失,对使用社会临场理论的研究进行检索和分析,系统归纳了社会临场理论的主要应用领域、演变脉络以及该理论在各领域的应用情况、存在的不足和未来应用的主要领域和研究方向。研究发现,通讯领域是社会临场理论的诞生地也是其最早应用的阵地,随后逐渐拓展到网络教育领域且在该领域的应用较为成熟,电子商务领域是所有应用阵地中的后起之秀,而在人机交互领域的应用则经久不衰且随着人工智能热潮呈现出更好的前景。研究存在对新兴通讯方式的研究力度不够、未形成统一的规律性的结论、对移动端的关注较少、研究颗粒较粗等不足之处。移动学习绩效及移动端系统和平台的设计与优化、电子商务的发展趋势社会化电子商务、人机交互中的人工智能应用、新兴通讯方式催化的与通讯领域产生交叉的新领域等是社会临场理论未来应用的重要主题与阵地。

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to help scholars sort out and clarify the evolution of the main application fields of the social presence theory and its application status in different fields. This study conducted a detailed search and literature review of the studies that using social presence theory, systemically summarized the main application fields of social presence theory, the evolution of the main application fields and its application status, proposed the existing shortcomings, the future research directions and appliaction fields. It is found that the communication field is social presence theory’s birthplace and its earliest application field. Later, it gradually expanded into the field of online learning and its application in this field is relatively mature. The e-commerce is a rising star in all application fields, and its application in human-computer interaction is enduring and has a better outlook with the artificial intelligence boom. There are some shortcomings in existing researches, such as, the research on emerging communication methods is not enough, and there is no conclusion that uniform regularity is formed, the attention to the mobile terminal is not enough, and so on. Mobile learning performance, the design and optimization of mobile end systems and platforms, social e-commerce, AI applications, new crossing areas etc. are important topics and fields for the future application of social presence theory.
