摘要/Abstract

摘要： 　企业经理人环境扫描是一种典型的信息搜寻行为。本文介绍了环境扫描的起源和发展，从影响因素、扫描焦点和信息源利用、行为模式、对企业创新的影响和理论流派等方面对环境扫描的研究进展进行了评述，并讨论了环境扫描的前沿领域。

关键词: 企业经理人, 环境扫描, 信息搜寻行为, 战略情报管理, 决策信息支持, 企业信息服务

Abstract: 　Executives’ environmental scanning is a typical information seeking behavior. This paper introduced the origin and development of environmental scanning. It reviewed the academic progress of environmental scanning research from the dimensions of impact factors, scanning focus and information source utilization and behavior mode and its impact on innovation, and also discussed the research fronts of environmental scanning.
