我国出版企业数字出版发展战略现状及其问题分析——基于全国出版社的调查

摘要:

数字出版产业的迅速发展,促使我国出版企业纷纷涉足数字出版领域,设立数字机构,制定数字出版发展战略。本文通过对全国584家出版社数字机构设置情况及数字出版战略进行深入调查,发现在有组织结构说明的256家出版社中,102家出版社设有独立的数字机构,出版社数字化转型渐成趋势,但数字化战略存在突出问题。通过对其问题分析,为出版企业制定适应产业发展的数字化战略带来启发。

Abstract:

With the rapid development of digital publishing industry, most of the publishing companies in China has involved in digital publishing field,setted up digital agencies and maken the strategies of digital publishing. This article has surveyed the digital agencies in national 584 publishing enterprises and analyzed the current situation of digital publishing. Based on the investigation, the paper attempted to explore the problems of the digital publishing strategies. Publishing enterprises could draw inspiration from the survey.
