摘要：

本文通过对某房地产网站2012年上半年的Web日志数据的分析，在对原始数据进行预处理后，运用数据挖掘方法中的简单关联规则及序列关联规则的挖掘，发现用户搜索行为的特征以及用户浏览网页的顺序偏好，从而为网站提供相应建议改进用户访问体验。

Abstract:

　This paper analyses the Web Log data of a real estate website from February to June 2012. After preprocessing the raw data, by using the methods of simple association rule and sequence association rule, it finds the characteristics of the user’s search behavior and browsing preferences. Bosed on the findings,the paper provides suggestions to the website to improve the user’s accessing experience.
