摘要:

随着网络视频应用的不断深化,我国视频网站必须通过自身的战略转型和差异化服务来实现创新,进而抢占更多的市场。在激烈的行业竞争下,爱奇艺通过自身的服务创新表现突出。本文基于服务创新视角,尝试利用服务创新四维度模型对爱奇艺的服务创新模式进行初步探讨。研究表明,爱奇艺服务创新是概念创新、界面创新、组织创新和技术创新四个维度的整合。本研究对于深化服务创新理论研究和我国视频行业的服务创新实践有一定的价值。

Abstract:

With the deepening of network video application,the main video websites in China intend to achieve innovation through strategic transformation and service differentiation for higher market share. IQIYI performs excellently through service innovation in the fierce competition. This paper introduces a preliminarily study on the service innovation mode of IQIYI by using 4D model from service innovation perspective. It finds that IQIYI’s service innovation is the integration of service concept innovation, client interface innovation, organizational innovation and technology innovation. It is expected that the research could be beneficial for both deepening the service innovation theory and business practice in China.
