摘要：

产品生命周期管理（PLM）是既ERP系统之后，在制造业越来越受到关注的信息化解决方案，它强调对产品数据在其整个生命周期过程中进行全面的管理。以当今汽车制造行业在工程技术领域CAX（CAD/CAPP/CAM/CAE等计算机辅助信息系统的总称）与经营管理领域ERP系统之间数据不能有效共享与集成的现状为研究背景，提出基于PLM平台的集成化解决方案，旨在打破“信息孤岛”的现状，提升信息系统的价值，实现汽车制造行业信息系统的集成应用。

关键词: CAX（计算机集成辅助技术）, ERP（企业资源规划）, PLM（产品生命周期管理）, 集成

Abstract:

After the ERP system, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is an information technology solution, which is paid more and more attention in the manufacturing industry, and it emphasizes the comprehensive management of product data throughout its life cycle process. Taking the status quo about the data between the engineering and technical field of CAX (it is a general term of CAD / CAPP / CAM / CAE computer-aided information systems) in today's automobile manufacturing industry and the ERP system of the field of management cannot be effectively shared and integration as the research background, the paper bases on PLM platform to improve integrated solution in order to break the status quo of the “islands of information” ,and enhance the value of information systems, and realize information system integration applications in manufacturing industry.
