摘要：

为促进哲学社会科学繁荣发展，中国社会科学院图书馆在实现哲学社会科学文献资源的共建共享方面进行了一系列积极探索，建设国家级公益免费的哲学社会科学文献资源平台——国家哲学社会科学文献中心，为构建方便快捷、资源共享的哲学社会科学研究信息化平台做出了探索和努力。笔者分析了国家哲学社会科学文献中心的建设思路和建设现状，并基于资源融合、学科融合、数据融合的时代环境，从资源建设与服务等方面提出了推进国家哲学社会科学文献中心建设的建议。

Abstract:

Faced with demands of the new era，the library of CASS is doing its best to realize literature resources co-developing and sharing in the fields of the humanities and social sciences. The library has constructed national free documents platform-National Center for Philosophy and Social Sciences Documentation （NCPSSD）which is making its tentative steps towards information resources more convenient and much easier to share. The author analyses ideas on the development of NCPSSD and its current situation, and makes some resources-related and services-related suggestions on NCPSSD’s development, based on the changing era of information integration,discipline integration and data integration.
