Abstract:

The construction of information service system in large state-owned power grid enterprises , who is an enterprise with intensive asset and technology, can effectively promote the information interaction and integration of resources, which helps to improve enterprise management efficiency. And mastering the characteristics of intelligence use type among the enterprise users，do help to learn the user's information needs and provide the basis for improving the information service and intelligence system function. Through the survey to Southern Power Grid users, we find that factors such as nature of work tasks, fixed number of year, the title can have certain affect to the choice of information use. Several suggestions to promote construction and development of information service system in power grid enterprise are proposed.
