摘要：

在纸质文献和电子文献并存的多元化时代，构建优化合理的文献资源购置比例，是高校图书馆文献资源建设中越来越需要关注的问题。本文借鉴微观经济学消费品效用理论，对高校图书馆文献经费的最佳构成研究，推导出高校图书馆用于纸质与电子文献的经费投入的最佳比例，并根据教育部高校图书馆事实数据库的有关数据进行实证分析。

Abstract:

It becomes more and more important to have an optimal purchasing ratio for documentation construction for university library in the co-existence era of paper and digital documentation. Guided by the utility function and the theory of marginal rate of substitution in economics, the paper discusses the optimal composition for documentation funding and deduces an optimal ratio for university library. Basing on the relevant data in the fact data-base of university library established by the Ministry of Education, it makes an empirical analysis.
