摘要：

国家科技计划项目档案是重要的科技信息资源，需要依据与国家科技计划管理相适应的管理策略对其进行科学管理。本文通过对华中地区五所高校科技计划项目档案管理现状调查结果的分析，提出了其中存在的主要问题，并提出了相应的科技计划项目档案管理策略。

Abstract:

The archives of science and technology research projects are important science and technology information resources that should be scientifically managed via a series of tactics which fit with the management of science and technology plan of China. The article analyses the existing problems through the survey result of the research on the situation of the management of the archives of science and technology research projects of five universities across central China, and comes up with corresponding management strategies of archives of science and technology research projects.
