摘要：

本文分析了旅游信息服务的发展现状，把案例推理方法引入到旅游信息服务中。通过分析现有旅游信息服务模型，提出基于案例推理的个性化旅游信息服务模型，并着重讨论了模型的扩展实现和工作流程。

Abstract:

The paper introduces CBR (Case-Based Reasoning) into tourism information service and analyzes its' development. Through analyzing the existing tourism information service model, the model of personalized tourism information service based on CBR is constructed. And the expansion and work -flow of the new model are emphatically discussed.
