Abstract: The Internet retail have been an important part of the online trade in our country. But the problem of information asymmetry has been the barrier of the internet economic development. The information asymmetry between the seller and the customer will affect the structure of the internet economic. How to solve the problem of the information asymmetry during the online trade is a key factor to promote the internet economic. In this paper, this problem is analyzed by the imperfect information dynamic game model and some solutions are proposed.
