面向知识密集型企业的岗位知识管理系统研究与应用

摘要: 针对目前知识密集型企业中知识型员工流动性大,企业内部岗位知识分散且极易随知识型员工岗位变动而流失的问题,结合基于岗位的知识管理理念,搭建了基于岗位的知识管理系统框架,设计了系统体系结构和应用功能模块,开发了岗位知识管理系统,并在重庆市永川供电局得到了有效应用,解决了“人走知识去”等问题,实现了岗位知识的分类、储存与共享。

Abstract: Based on the problems that knowledge workers are high fluidity, the position knowledge are dispersed in enterprises and lost easily with position change of knowledge workers. Combining with the theory of position-based knowledge management, the framework of knowledge management system based on position has been set up, the system structure and main function modules have been designed, and the position knowledge management system has been developed,which has been applied effectively in Yongchuan power supply bureau in Chongqing. The problem of “knowledge loses with employee draining” has been solved effectively and the aim of classifying, restoring and sharing position knowledge has been achieved.
