摘要： 在线健康社区的快速发展为病患获取健康信息、寻求社会支持提供了重要平台。但用户往往从平台获取知识较多，而缺乏知识贡献的意愿，这将导致在线健康社区运营的失败。基于社会资本理论，研究了在线健康社区用户参与行为的影响因素。对收集的312份有效问卷采用LISREL进行分析，研究结果发现，社会支持通过社会资本影响用户的健康知识贡献和获取行为。因此，在线健康社区应重视用户信息和情感方面的需求，发展用户网络社会资本，从而促进成员的参与行为。

Abstract: The rapid development of online health communities provides an important platform for patients to obtain health information and seek social support. However, users always acquire much knowledge from the platforms but lack the contribution intention, which will lead to the failure of online health communities. Based on the social capital theory, this research examined the factors affecting users’ participation. 312 valid samples were collected and analyzed with the LISREL software. It was found that social support, which includes informational support and emotional support, affects users' knowledge contribution and acquisition behavior through social capital. Thus, online health communities should pay attention to users’ informational and emotional needs and develop users’ social capital in order to promote the participation of members.
