知识问答社区用户持续使用意愿的实证研究

Empirical Study on Users’ Continuance Intention to Use Knowledge Q&A Communities

摘要: 基于信息系统持续使用模型和社会认知理论,融入心流体验和使用与满足理论,构建知识问答社区用户持续使用意愿的理论模型,以“知乎”用户为调查对象,收集488份有效问卷,运用PLS-SEM分析数据,检验研究假设与模型。研究发现,自我效能感、满意度、感知开放性和感知有用性直接显著正向影响用户持续使用意愿;期望确认、感知交互性和社区归属感间接正向影响用户持续使用意愿;心流体验对用户持续使用意愿直接正向影响不显著,但直接显著正向影响用户期望确认,并通过期望确认、感知有用性、满意度这些中介变量间接影响持续使用意愿。IPMA分析表明,自我效能感对用户持续使用意愿影响的总效应最大,其次是感知开放性、满意度、感知有用性、期望确认、感知交互性、心流体验和社区归属感。研究结果启示社区管理者应关注并改进满意度指标,继续保持自我效能感、感知开放性指标对平台发展的优势作用。

Abstract:  Based on the ECM-ISC and social cognitive theory, integrating flow experience and use and satisfaction theory,this paper constructs a theoretical model of users' continuance intention in knowledge Q&A community. 488 valid questionnaires were collected from Zhihu, and the PLS-SEM was used to analyze the influencing factors and hypotheses of users' continuance intention in knowledge Q&A community. The empirical results show that (1) self-efficacy, satisfaction, perceived openness and perceived usefulness have direct significan positive effects on users' continuance intention; (2) expectation confirmation, perceived interaction and sense of belonging have significant indirect effects on users' continuance intention; (3) flow experience has no significant direct positive effect on users' continuance intention, but it indirectly affects users' continuance intention and directly positive affects expectation confirmation by expectation confirmation, perceived usefulness and satisfaction influencing. (4) IPMA analysis shows that self-efficacy has the greatest effect on users' continuance intention in knowledge Q&A community, followed by satisfaction, perceived openness and perceived usefulness, expectation confirmation, perceived interaction, flow experience and sense of belongingness. The results of this study suggest that community managers should pay attention to and improve the indicators of satisfaction, and continue to maintain self-efficacy and perceived openness indicators on the development of the platform.
