摘要: 基于ESI科研评价分析工具,以2017年11月份更新的数学学科进入ESI全球前1%的29所国内高校为研究对象,对2007—2016年间的ESI数学学科的论文进行计量分析。研究发现,我国入围ESI前1%的29所高校数学学科的论文数量和质量呈上升趋势,数学学科的研究国际化趋势已形成,在某些研究方向已出现了学科领军人物,研究热点集中在最优化计算方法、分数阶演化方程、纳维-斯托克斯方程等。为加快推进世界一流大学和高水平数学学科建设,提出相关政策建议。

Abstract: Based on ESI research evaluation analysis tool, We took 29 universities in China stepped into the 1% ESI mathematical subject globally which was updated on November 2017 as the research object, the quantitative analysis was conducted for the mathematical thesis during the 2007-2016. It is found that the quantity and quality of the ESI mathematical thesis from the selected 29 universities are going up; the international studying trend of the mathematical discipline has already formed; the academic leading figure has showed up in some certain studying aspects; the studying hot spots are concentrated in optimized algorithm, fractional evolution equation, Navier-Stokes equation, etc. Policy suggestions are proposed in order to speed up the construction of world class universities and high level mathematics disciplines.
