Abstract:

The massive data which possessed in library has gradually appeared a character called intensive, with a great development value. This paper uses article survey and network survey methods, for the characteristics of data-intensive environment, analyse the technique and procedure of using data-intensive related method to conduct knowledge consulting in library. The ultimate goal is to help library to use new technology to extract knowledge resource to meet users’ needs, which could transform the traditional passive reference service to active efficient knowledge consulting.
