Abstract:

This article describes the status quo and problems faced by the preservation of achievement of project funded by public finance. By analyzing and comparing the preservation policies and actual situation of the results of foreign research projects, the article proposes the necessity and strategic demand to preserve them nationally and correspondingly gives several suggestions.
